Services Offered

Skilled nurses, who perform tasks such as dressing changes, IV therapy, medication monitoring, and who will teach you and your caregiver how to continue with your care.

Physical therapists, who help you become stronger and better able to remain independent.

Occupational therapists, who may assist you to adapt your environment to allow independence in caring for yourself.

Speech therapists, who can help you with problems related to swallowing and speech.

Medical social workers, who link you with community resources that will help you remain in your home and assist with long-range planning.

Home health aides, who can assist you with personal care and exercises established by the therapists until you are stronger and can perform these functions independently.
