privacy of your home environment. Professional care
includes:

and dressing
- Physical and occupational therapy

- CareLine Home Monitoring, providing an at-home
electronic service for personal emergency response
Oaklawn also offers advanced technology that allows
HomeCare Services to track patient health conditions and
vital signs through an at-home monitoring system. This
TeleHealth technology can monitor health status based on
multiple measurements including blood pressure,
pulse/oxygen levels, weight, heart rate and more. The
patient is prompted to use a simple device up to three
times per day, with data transmitted via phone line. The
HomeCare staff monitors and provides results to
physician offices. The results also may predicate
on-site HomeCare follow up.
