Computer Services and Networking

  • Hardware purchase is the responsibility of the agency.

  • Each agency has a secure, HIPAA compliant, password protected company set up in the computer system.

  • Initial computer training is provided for all staff.

  • Ongoing computer training is provided as needed for new staff.

  • Ongoing computer and troubleshooting support.

  • Access to customized reports for administrative, clinical, and financial management. Insight software and Crystal custom reports are used.

  • Ability to network with other agencies in the system.

  • OASIS information is transmitted to the State weekly by Lakeland.

Billing and Financial Improvement Services

  • Timely billing services without adding agency staff.

  • Billing is done by Lakeland Patient Accounts staff.

  • Billing staff work closely with each agency on problem accounts.

  • Lower accounts receivable.

  • Financial, productivity, and statistical reports.

  • Ability to benchmark with other agencies.

  • Assistance with monthly financial reporting.

  • Assistance with budget preparation if needed.

Survey Preparation to Maintain Continuous Survey Readiness

  • Educational updates on changes to regulations.

  • Mock surveys to determine survey readiness.

  • Recommendations for maintaining survey readiness.

  • Development of a corrective action plan.

Administrative, Operational and Clinical Process Analysis

  • Evaluation of current systems and processes.

  • Mock surveys to determine areas needing improvement.
